Please read these terms carefully before registration.
Important Notice
By submitting the registration form, the applicant confirms that all information submitted is true and correct. The applicant also confirms that he/she has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration Information
The applicant must provide correct name, mobile number, email, role, location, and other required information. False or incomplete information may result in rejection, suspension, or cancellation of registration.
2. Role Selection
The applicant must select the correct role such as Farmer, Farmer Friend, FPO, Vendor, Warehouse, Bank, Driver, Admin, State Partner, District Partner, Taluka Partner, Block Partner, or Cluster Partner.
3. Admin / Area Partner Verification
Admin and Area Partner registrations may require Admin ID, registered mobile number, OTP verification, and approval from authorized SCPL or Superadmin team.
4. Payment and Registration Fee
Registration fee or service charges, wherever applicable, must be paid through the approved payment system. Registration or service activation may remain pending until payment verification is completed.
5. User Responsibility
Every registered user is responsible for keeping login details, mobile number, OTP, and account access secure. Login details must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
6. Data Accuracy
Users must enter correct data in the system. Wrong crop data, land data, payment data, production data, or transaction data may affect project reports and decisions.
7. Project Rules and Guidelines
Users must follow SCPL project guidelines, scheme rules, role responsibilities, farmer registration rules, vendor rules, admin rules, and all applicable project documents.
8. Approval, Suspension, and Cancellation
SCPL reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or cancel any registration if the user violates rules, submits false information, misuses the system, or performs unauthorized activity.
9. Digital Consent
By ticking the checkbox and submitting the registration form, the applicant gives digital consent to use the submitted information for registration, verification, dashboard access, project management, reports, payment processing, and communication.
10. Changes in Terms
SCPL may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the system means the user accepts the updated terms.
Acceptance
If the applicant submits the registration form after selecting the Terms & Conditions checkbox, it will be considered that the applicant has read, understood, and accepted all terms mentioned above.
